OUR PRIORITIES

This business exists because of a dog named Barkley 

(pictured at the top of this page). When we first met he was a neglected dog without a stable home. 

One day I saw him wandering through the streets as he typically did, and I called out to him. He came right over, jumped in my truck, and we were inseparable from that point on. In the 10 years that we spent together we enjoyed our own slice of Americana. We traveled all over the country, endured several military deployments, he saw me get married, and divorced, and accompanied me through countless other milestones.

He died in 2021. 

Shortly after, I began walking dogs in the Reno area and what had started as free therapy for me soon grew into a thriving small business. I do this work as a tribute to my sweet bud Barkley, and because animals need care and I have a lot to give.
